We are currently seeking friendly, dedicated individuals to join our team as Prep Cooks. This role is vital to the success of Metro Diner, as Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing all food products according to Metro Diner recipes using a variety of processes, equipment, and utensils. They play an essential role in maintaining the kitchen as the restaurant's showpiece, ensuring that all stations remain clean, organized, and sanitary. Prep Cooks at Metro Diner must be committed to following recipe book instructions, uphold standard portion sizes, and adhere to cooking methods and quality standards. The role demands a high level of motivation to maintain organized refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas where items must be properly sealed, labeled, and dated.
