The Premium Suite Runner role at Oak View Group plays an essential part in the hospitality and service teams, ensuring guests receive unparalleled experiences while attending events. This position is primarily responsible for preparing and stocking suite areas and the pantry with appropriate products, utensils, and supplies, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. The Premium Suite Runner supports suite attendants and the Premium Services Manager by assisting in the setup and service of preordered food and beverage items, as well as the delivery of restaurant orders during events. Additionally, this role requires attention to detail in maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards, ensuring that all assigned suite and club areas are fully prepared before the event begins and promptly restored after its conclusion.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 to $17.00, with the added benefit of being tip eligible, which allows for earning potential above the base pay. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read and understand event orders
  • Attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar capacity is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, businesslike, and respectful manner
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions as they relate to product inventory
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • Ability to lift heavy objects frequently is required

Job Duties

  • Responsible for setup of food service areas within specific suites or club areas based upon pre-orders and day-of orders
  • Ensures all assigned areas are set prior to the event based upon communication received of orders
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders
  • Monitors and maintains food and beverage quality
  • Monitors and maintains inventory control and product requisition fulfillment
  • Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
  • Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests
