The Premium Lounge Host role offers a remarkable opportunity to be at the forefront of live entertainment hospitality, delivering exceptional guest experiences during live events. This position involves serving as the dedicated concierge for guests in the premium lounge, being the primary point of contact throughout the event. The focus is on providing refined and personalized service designed to ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and impeccably cared for, with special attention given to donors and VIP guests. Maintaining an exceptional lounge environment is a key responsibility, requiring the lounge to remain polished, comfortable, and inviting at all times. The Premium Lounge Host anticipates guest needs, resolves requests efficiently, and strives to create seamless, memorable experiences.

This role embodies thoughtful hospitality and elevated service, playing a critical part in building guest loyalty, enhancing the premium experience, and encouraging repeat attendance. The Premium Lounge Host warmly welcomes guests upon arrival and verifies credentials for lounge access. They deliver attentive and personalized service throughout the event, acting as a knowledgeable liaison regarding the venue, amenities, food and beverage offerings, and venue locations. Additionally, this position involves assisting with lounge setup and breakdown, ensuring all décor, restroom amenities, electronic devices, signage, and ticket scanners are properly arranged and functional. Monitoring the lounge for cleanliness, guest comfort, and overall presentation throughout the event is essential to the role.

Safety and security are paramount in the position, with responsibilities including maintaining a safe, welcoming environment and ensuring only authorized personnel handle lounge equipment and valuables. The Premium Lounge Host is charged with upholding a secure, well-managed space through constant situational awareness and proactive guest support. This role demands strong communication, teamwork skills, and a positive, professional presence. It is ideal for individuals passionate about live music and hospitality, enjoying hands-on interaction and delivering elevated service in dynamic event environments.

Successful candidates will possess at least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably with VIP or high-profile clientele, hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, and be ready to work irregular hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina is necessary as the role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds in fast-paced, variable-weather conditions with large crowds. Candidates must also consent to a background check. Job Duties

  • Welcome guests upon arrival, verifying proper credentials for access
