The In Seat Supervisor position within the Premium In Seat department is an essential role focused on delivering exceptional guest service and managing game day operations efficiently. This position requires leadership capabilities to train and guide hourly employees responsible for providing in-seat service during events. The supervisor will play a critical part in ensuring smooth execution of services by overseeing inventory management, staff check-ins, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the in-seat kitchen areas. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods
  • Must complete required training programs
  • Adherence to company safety policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory role and within the food industry is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others is essential
  • Must attend Customer Focus and Supervisor training, and any other required ARAMARK training
  • Excellent guest service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ideal candidate has a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Enjoys working in a lively environment
  • Well-groomed and professional attire (follow Aramark standards for uniform and grooming)

Job Duties

  • Counts inventory at the start and end of the game
  • Ensures inventory is complete and ready for the game
  • Responsible for checking-in staff
  • Monitors performance of all employees within the area
  • Maintains cleanliness of In-Seat kitchen and its surroundings
  • Reports any issues or concerns to a manager when needed
  • Upholds ARAMARK standards relative to quality and service
  • Performs all other duties as required
  • Perform all job duties safely and efficiently
  • Follows all company safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to understand and follow directions from the Manager/Director
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lb
  • Ability to walk or stand for extended time periods, up to 6 hours
  • Cross-training and work in other dining locations as needed
  • May supervise the staff and sanitation of facilities of the locations
