Job Description

Aramark is a global leader in providing food services, facilities management, and uniform services to various sectors including healthcare, education, business, and sports and entertainment. Operating in 15 countries, Aramark serves millions of guests every day and is committed to creating meaningful experiences for its customers and employees alike. The company prides itself on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where every employee has the opportunity to grow professionally and personally. With a focus on sustainability and corporate responsibility, Aramark continuously works toward making a positive impact for communities and the planet.

The Premium In-Seat Manager position is based at Fenway Park, the historic home of the Boston Red Sox, one of Major League Baseball’s most iconic stadiums. This role is pivotal during Red Sox games and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the in-seat service operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence. The salaried position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $70,000 and $80,000. The Premium In-Seat Manager reports directly to the Senior Restaurant Manager and is tasked with managing quality control, staffing, event preparation, kitchen operations, technology integration, and the development of management staff.

This leadership role requires spending a significant amount of time on the floor — at least 75% — supervising, coaching, and training the team to deliver seamless and exceptional service. The manager will lead by example, communicating clear expectations and motivating associates to perform their best during fast-paced, event-driven environments. This position also demands strong organizational skills to coordinate event readiness, manage technology used in operations, and uphold strict quality control measures to enhance the guest experience. Aramark supports employee growth, so the Premium In-Seat Manager is encouraged to continuously develop new skills and adapt to evolving job duties as needed.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the role entails supporting the training and development of staff members to ensure they meet company standards and grow in their roles. Candidates should expect to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in alignment with the Red Sox game schedule. Physical demands of the role include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing, in addition to wearing uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Aramark’s comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off, promotes employee wellbeing and work-life balance. This job opportunity at Fenway Park offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where service excellence and teamwork are paramount.
