Working at Aramark means joining a company that is dedicated to creating an environment where employees can thrive, feel a sense of belonging, and face new challenges every day.
The Premium In-Seat Manager position is located at Fenway Park, the iconic home of the Boston Red Sox. In this role, the manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations related to the In-Seat service during Boston Red Sox games. This includes managing quality control measures to ensure exceptional guest experiences, coordinating staffing to meet service demands, preparing for events with precision, supervising kitchen operations, utilizing technology systems effectively, and fostering management development within the team. The role demands dynamic leadership abilities to guide, train, and motivate associates on the floor, spending at least 75 percent of the time supervising, coaching, and training staff. The Premium In-Seat Manager reports directly to the Senior Restaurant Manager and plays a key role in upholding Aramark's high standards of service and operational excellence during large-scale events.
Compensation for this salaried position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required. Aramark also offers a comprehensive benefits program for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, and access to work-life resources. Additional benefits such as 401(k) retirement savings plans, paid parental leave, and disability coverage further enhance the overall compensation package. This position requires flexibility to work an event-based schedule involving evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should be prepared for the physical demands the job entails including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) may also be required as part of the role.
Joining Aramark as a Premium In-Seat Manager is an excellent opportunity for supervisors or team leaders in the hospitality or catering industries who want to take the next step in their careers. Those with prior supervisory experience in mid- to upscale restaurant or banquet environments, especially with a background in concessions, will find this position well-suited to their skills. Strong guest service orientation combined with financial responsibility awareness and commitment to quality service are critical success factors in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is also required to manage operational reports and communications effectively. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about leading teams and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, sports-event setting.
