Levy is currently seeking a Premium Food Service Supervisor to join their team at the Toyota Center. The Premium Food Supervisor is responsible for overseeing premium food service areas including suites, clubs, lounges, and hospitality zones. This leadership role involves managing service staff such as attendants, coordinators, runners, and cashiers to ensure a well-coordinated and exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include conducting pre-shift meetings, monitoring food quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and managing inventory and labor costs. Job Requirements

  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
  • Food Safety and TABC certification required
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and event days

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support premium service staff including attendants coordinators runners and cashiers
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure adherence to service standards company policies and appearance guidelines
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing concerns special requests allergies and service recovery needs
  • Monitor event operations service flow and food presentation to maintain premium standards
  • Coordinate with culinary teams on menu execution food quality timing and service readiness
  • Oversee setup stocking event execution breakdown and post-event cleanup of premium areas
  • Monitor inventory assist with cost-control initiatives and ensure proper food storage and rotation (FIFO)
  • Enforce food safety sanitation HACCP health regulations and responsible alcohol service requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between operations culinary beverage cash operations and management teams
  • Review event orders complete operational reports and support labor tracking and scheduling
