Working as a Barback at Allianz Field means being part of a dedicated hospitality team within a dynamic sports venue. The barback’s duties include delivering beverages and other products throughout the facility, stocking products in beverage storage, maintaining inventory supply levels, reporting necessary repairs, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Additionally, they handle tasks such as moving and attaching full kegs to ensure complete tap operations during events, removing and recording empty kegs, and transporting them to the warehouse. Success in this role requires the ability to work cooperatively with others, basic math skills for inventory counting, and the ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions precisely.

This physical role demands the capability to lift, move, or maneuver up to 165 pounds, pull heavy carts of stock, and stand or walk for extended periods while bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching.
