Attention to detail and basic math skills are essential to accurately follow recipes and control food costs. Physical stamina is also required as the job involves manual dexterity for food preparation tasks, lifting heavy pans up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for the duration of the shift.

Beyond competitive pay, employees benefit from weekly paychecks, comprehensive training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible team members may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, an employee assistance program, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.
