The role of Prem Food and Beverage Supervisor at Sodexo offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic team at the Hard Rock Stadium. This part-time position involves overseeing premium food and beverage service operations during events to ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction. The hourly pay rate is set at $20, reflecting the importance and responsibility of this supervisory position.
As a Prem Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will provide on-the-ground leadership for premium, non-suite service areas within the venue, including clubs, lounges, premium seating sections, in-seat service, and hosted receptions. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards Sodexo is known for by ensuring that the operational flow runs smoothly, staff are well-coordinated, and guest concerns are promptly addressed. Working closely with multiple departments such as culinary, beverage, cash operations, and suite leadership, you will help synchronize service efforts to create a seamless premium experience for guests.
Key responsibilities involve conducting pre-event briefings to communicate assignments, service standards, and guest expectations clearly to the team. You will ensure that premium areas are prepared and presented perfectly before guests arrive, including setting up, stocking, and maintaining the ambiance. This role requires frequent physical activity, including lifting and moving items up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Timeliness and dependability are equally crucial, as dependable attendance and punctuality are expected.
This supervisory role is designed for individuals with a strong background in premium food and beverage service or hospitality, ideally with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and some leadership exposure. Certifications in alcohol service management, such as TIPS or TEAM, are mandatory, along with adherence to local alcohol service laws. A food handler certification may also be required depending on the venue’s location.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in premium food and beverage service, hospitality, or event-based operations
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol service
- Must maintain valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification
- Ability to comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements
- Food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations

Job Duties
- Provide on-site supervision of premium, non-suite food and beverage service operations during events
- Conduct pre-event briefings to review assignments, menus, service standards, and guest expectations
- Ensure premium service areas are properly set, stocked, and presentation-ready before guest arrival
- Serve as the primary escalation point for guest concerns, special requests, or service issues in premium areas
- Support training and onboarding of premium service staff
- Frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
