Job Description
NOCO Powersports is a vibrant and dynamic retailer specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, and personal watercraft (PWC) located in Fort Collins, Colorado. As a prominent player in the powersports retail industry, NOCO Powersports provides a comprehensive range of products and services designed to engage enthusiasts and new customers alike. The company prides itself on its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work culture that encourages growth and development among its employees. NOCO Powersports operates as a full-service dealership, offering sales, service, and parts departments dedicated to supporting the powersports community and providing unmatched product knowledge and technical expertise.
The role of Motorcycle/Powersports Lot Technician / Driver / Porter / Detailer at NOCO Powersports is ideal for individuals who are eager to enter the powersports industry and develop valuable skills in handling motorcycles, ATVs, and PWCs. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for motivated candidates to grow within a fun and dynamic workplace with a merit-based growth philosophy. Candidates do not need prior experience in powersports but should demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and grow with the company. NOCO Powersports prefers to promote from within, providing a clear pathway for advancement into service, sales, or parts departments depending on individual performance and initiative.
The primary responsibilities include detailing motorcycles, ATVs, and PWCs, securing and transporting these vehicles safely via trailer, and assisting service technicians with various supportive tasks. This ensures smooth operations across multiple departments in the dealership. The position demands a strong work ethic, a positive can-do attitude, and the willingness to take on additional tasks as needed. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, and while having an M Class Motorcycle endorsement or trailer experience is a plus, these are not strict requirements as the company provides on-the-job training to the right candidates.
Operating full-time hours from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, employees enjoy a balanced workweek with Sundays and Mondays off. This schedule enhances work-life balance while maintaining consistent engagement in a fast-paced retail environment. In addition to competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience, the role offers numerous benefits including paid vacation, health and dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, employee discounts, and participation in a savings and match program. The workplace encourages teamwork, initiative, and continuous learning, making it perfect for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the powersports industry with a company that values its people and their professional growth.
