The responsibilities include setting and cleaning dining room tables and maintaining the appearance of the community by performing general cleaning duties such as picking up trash, emptying ashtrays, and pressure washing. The Porter will work closely with the Building Maintenance Manager and General Manager to address maintenance tasks, report issues, and uphold the overall safety and appearance of the property. This position demands a proactive individual who can work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team, assisting with member functions and supporting other staff members.
