The Porter/Maintenance role at Seabreeze Management Company is integral to maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall well-being of community facilities. This full-time position involves a variety of responsibilities including routine custodial duties, event setup and takedown, rubbish removal, and maintaining park areas. The Porter/Maintenance works closely with the Maintenance Manager to perform routine, preventative maintenance, basic repairs, inspections, and to report on maintenance needs for community properties. This role ensures that key community facilities such as clubhouses, pool venues, and common areas remain in excellent condition for the enjoyment and safety of residents and guests. Candidates in this position will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing time and tasks.

The role also requires physical stamina as it includes heavy lifting, frequent bending, standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions. Effective communication skills are essential for engaging with residents, vendors, and management staff while assisting with compliance enforcement and vendor scheduling.
