The Porter/Grounds position at Pierhouse at Channelside in Tampa, FL, plays a crucial role in maintaining an attractive, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This role focuses on the upkeep and cleanliness of the property’s exterior and common areas, ensuring that all buildings and grounds remain in pristine condition. As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for tasks that range from routine cleaning of breezeways free of trash and cobwebs to more specialized duties like pressure washing building exteriors and preparing market-ready units. Your role supports the overall maintenance team by contributing to a visually appealing living space, improving resident satisfaction, and upholding the company’s high standards of property care.

This position requires diligence and attention to detail, as well as a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential maintenance or cleanliness issues on the property.
