This position specifically involves essential cleaning and basic maintenance tasks that contribute directly to the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of the properties managed. The role requires cleaning and polishing surfaces such as lighting fixtures, marble, and trim, replacing light bulbs, and thorough cleaning of various communal spaces including rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms. Candidates will also be responsible for sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming hallways and office spaces, cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, washing walls, ceilings, windows, and woodwork, as well as managing waste disposal and basic lawn care such as cutting and trimming grass when required.

Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of hands-on experience in cleaning and basic maintenance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as interaction with property residents and management is a regular part of the job. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and operate small machinery safely is also necessary. A valid driver’s license coupled with a good driving record and auto insurance is required to handle job-related transportation tasks.
