Leadership Team

The company's leadership team comprises seasoned professionals with extensive real estate industry experience. Co-President Marilyn Pascual brings 25 years of experience in managing multifamily housing communities and previously served as President for the Housing Trust Management Group, Inc.

Vice President Cori Siegel has over 25 years in the real estate sector, including 23 years with The Related Companies in New York. Vice President Bianca Rivera oversees communities across Florida, North Carolina, and Georgia, with over a decade of multifamily housing experience.
