This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, paying an hourly base wage of $16, plus a $500 hiring bonus to qualified candidates. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the general appearance and safety of the parking garage by ensuring cleanliness, managing waste receptacles, and taking care of equipment such as gates and signage. Additionally, this role includes assisting guests with various concerns such as lockouts, flat tires, battery jumps, and lost vehicle assistance.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- one to three months related experience or training
- customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of basic general cleaning
- ability to read and write standard English
- able to comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
- effective oral communication skills
- ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- knowledge of applicable rates for time passed

Job Duties
- Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances and elevator landings in the entire garage
- empty all ash urns daily and trash receptacles at half full or higher
- sweep all litter and cigarette butts
- use mop or power washer to eliminate stains in common areas
- wipe all signage and wayfinding material in common areas and on pay on foot stations
- maintain general cleaning of garage using mobile garbage can, broom and dustpan
- remove debris around and between vehicles
- eliminate stains from pillars and columns
- wipe all signage and wayfinding materials at vehicular entrances and exits
- clean equipment including gates, gate arms, card readers and attached signage
- empty returned guest key receptacles at garage exits and return keys to management
- power wash garage entrances and exits as needed
- assist guests with directions and inquiries
- provide information about surrounding area and main attractions
- protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
