As a Porter, you will be recognized as the Champion of Community Appearance, responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the community’s outdoor and common areas project cleanliness, order, and appeal. Your day-to-day responsibilities will largely focus on keeping community grounds neat by controlling debris, maintaining tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster zones. Additionally, the role supports maintenance activities involved in apartment turnover processes, including assistance with trash removal, painting, cleaning, and other preparatory tasks that enhance apartment readiness for new residents.

In this position, you will actively assist with regular community inspections and be engaged in various groundskeeping responsibilities such as landscaping, exterior painting and minor repairs, irrigation system upkeep, and pool maintenance tasks as delegated by the Service Manager. This array of duties ensures that the communities under Kairoi’s care consistently uphold the highest standards of aesthetic and functional quality.
