Located at Napleton's Toyota of Brookfield, the Porter position is a vital role within the dealership, primarily focusing on the upkeep and maintenance of vehicles. The Porter is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles on the lot and showroom are presented in excellent condition, maintaining cleanliness, and performing necessary transport duties. This role has a direct impact on the customer experience by ensuring cars are ready and appealing for sale or delivery. The Porter also supports the dealership's operations by moving vehicles according to sales and service management directions, assisting with customer deliveries, and transporting customers and staff when needed.
