This company is built around a mission to lead the residential hospitality sector by delivering superior performance and enhanced resident experiences through a seamless blend of technology and premium amenities. This approach fosters an empowering and inclusive environment aimed at helping employees grow in their careers while embodying the company’s values of empathy and excellence.

The Porter role at Sentral offers an exciting opportunity to join a service-first company where every team member is valued and driven to exceed expectations. This position is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall presentation of the community and its facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring that resident areas are safe, clean, and welcoming at all times. This includes handling routine cleaning duties such as trash removal, vacuuming, power washing, and cleaning both interior and exterior community spaces including hallways, lounges, fitness centers, and amenities like rooftop decks and pools. Additionally, the Porter plays a key role in executing minor repairs and ensuring that the building complies with all safety standards by placing appropriate hazard signs. This role demands reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cleaning emergencies efficiently. It is an onsite, in-person position that requires flexibility with scheduling, including a rotating on-call system for after-hours needs.

Working as a Porter at Sentral means joining a team that prioritizes respect, growth, and inclusivity. The company offers competitive benefits including comprehensive health plans starting the first month, a 401(k) plan with a generous company match, multiple types of paid time off to accommodate life's varying demands, and travel discounts for team members and their families. Sentral encourages candidates who embody a proactive attitude, a solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for creating quality living environments.
