Job Description

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is a distinguished leader in luxury multifamily and HOA management, recognized for its excellence in maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service. With a reputation for creating warm, welcoming communities where residents truly feel at home, WRMC continuously upholds a commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and service quality. Located in the vibrant Downtown Dallas Arts District, near the iconic Winspear Opera House, WRMC is dedicated to enhancing the living experiences of its community members through a combination of meticulous property management and outstanding customer care.

We are currently seeking a dependable and service-oriented Porter to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves supporting the daily upkeep and maintenance of one of our luxury high-rise communities. The position requires a hands-on individual who is detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining cleanliness and appearance throughout the property. The role is based Monday through Friday, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, with an hourly rate ranging from $19 to $20.

As a Porter at WRMC, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all common areas—including lobbies, hallways, amenities, and garage spaces—are kept immaculate and inviting. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and power washing. Additionally, you will oversee waste management activities involving compactors, recycling, and cardboard breakdown. The position also requires assisting with light maintenance duties and reporting any safety issues or repair needs promptly to maintain a safe environment for all residents and guests.

Moreover, the Porter will uphold the upkeep of outdoor and shared areas like the pool, building perimeter, and other common spaces, contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal and functionality of the property. Residents' needs and requests, including assistance with deliveries, will also be managed with professionalism and efficiency, emphasizing excellent communication skills and customer service.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, orderly, and safe environment within a luxury residential setting. It requires an individual dedicated to high standards and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Maintaining equipment and work areas in safe, clean, and organized condition is also essential to success in this role. Joining WRMC offers an opportunity to work for a company known for its excellence in luxury property management, where your efforts directly impact the quality of life for the community you serve.
