Job Requirements

Previous porter housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred
Basic maintenance knowledge such as painting touch-ups minor repairs etc
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies hallways amenities and garage spaces
Perform daily tasks such as sweeping mopping vacuuming trash removal and power washing
Manage waste areas including compactors recycling and cardboard breakdown
Assist with light maintenance tasks and report any safety or repair needs
Maintain outdoor and shared areas such as pool building perimeter and common spaces
Support residents with deliveries and general requests as needed
Communicate professionally with residents guests vendors and team members
Ensure all equipment and work areas are safe clean and well-organized
