Job Description

PeakMade Real Estate is a dynamic and growth-oriented Atlanta-based real estate company specializing in the management and development of off-campus student housing, multi-family, and build-to-rent communities across the United States. With a strong presence in the real estate sector, PeakMade Real Estate prides itself on creating comfortable, safe, and thriving living environments for its residents. The company is known for its fun, collaborative, forward-thinking, and purposeful working environment which fosters employee growth and engagement.

As a conscientious employer, PeakMade Real Estate is committed to diversity and inclusion, operating as an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. Their mission emphasizes genuine care for people, integrity, ownership, and continuous evolution, aligning their core values with their workplace culture. The company encourages leadership development and provides various wellness initiatives to support the health and well-being of its team members.

This particular role is designed for a dedicated professional who will provide resident satisfaction by maintaining property units and common areas in a clean and safe fashion. The position involves preparing vacant units for occupancy, ensuring all living spaces and facilities maintain a professional appearance to enhance the resident experience. Responsibilities extend to cleaning the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas on a daily or as-scheduled basis, thereby maintaining the overall appeal and functionality of the property.

A critical aspect of this role involves managing inventory, supplies, and equipment owned by the property or management company, which is vital in preserving smooth property operations. The candidate will need to respond courteously and efficiently to resident and management requests, dealing with unusual or extraordinary circumstances as they arise and reporting these to management. Adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies is mandatory to ensure a secure working environment.

Physical requirements of the role include frequent lifting and moving of heavy items up to 75 pounds, bending, or stooping to access machinery and equipment needed for essential maintenance tasks, such as installing outside air conditioning units. This position requires knowledge and skill in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools, emphasizing safety and care.

The company emphasizes core mindsets like "People Matter Most," "Do the Right Thing," "Create Moments," "Own It," and "Evolve," promoting a positive and proactive workplace culture. Compensation for this role ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Additional benefits include 401(k) match programs, wellness initiatives through the Peak LiveWell program, housing discounts varying by property, and opportunities for leadership training and advancement.
