The Porter role at Kairoi Residential is critical for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of community grounds – an important aspect of resident satisfaction and retention. The role encompasses a wide range of duties including assisting with the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, and cleaning. Porters support routine community inspections and help complete various maintenance tasks such as groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation duties, and pool upkeep, all under the direction of the Service Manager.
