The role available at RealManage centers around maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of various community areas and storage spaces. This position requires a dedicated individual to manage supply levels, maintain organization, and ensure the cleanliness of assigned areas by adhering to detailed checklists. The successful candidate will perform routine cleaning duties, handle maintenance work orders, and respond promptly and effectively to resident complaints following company procedures to ensure satisfaction. Effective communication and professionalism are essential, as the role involves timely responses to radio or cell calls and proper documentation of daily activities in the department logbook. Candidates will be expected to complete all closing duties and paperwork before leaving and coordinate with management as necessary. The role also requires physical stamina and flexibility due to the nature of the work, such as the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift objects up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks in various environmental conditions. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Experience with cleaning and maintenance preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and on-call
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and use of equipment
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to be professional in appearance and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet deadlines

Job Duties
- Check supply levels in storage closets
- Complete requisition for additional supplies needed and submit to the manager
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, carts, and caddies
- Clean assigned areas using designated checklists, ensuring cleanliness and condition meet standards
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to the Community Association Manager
- Monitor and handle residents' complaints by following instant pacification procedures and ensuring satisfaction
- Respond to all radio/cell calls promptly
- Document pertinent information in the department logbook
- Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving, and check with the manager prior to leaving
- Perform other work-related tasks as needed
