Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a porter or housekeeper
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in sanitation and safety procedures
- Positive attitude and dedicated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to lift and handle heavy objects
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate weekend and evening shifts

Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and provide excellent service to both residents and guests
- Oversee and execute the upkeep and maintenance of facilities such as the gym, swimming pools, and common amenity spaces
- Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards are consistently met
- Manage and restock cleaning and maintenance supplies for efficient operations
- Collaborate with the management team to address and resolve any maintenance or cleanliness-related issues promptly
