AAM is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a residential Homeowner's Association (HOA) to assist in maintaining buildings, building systems, common areas, and other physical assets within the property. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to homeowners and handling various maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, pressure washing, and pool maintenance. The candidate must be willing to learn general maintenance skills and work collaboratively with the Community Manager and Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure the property's upkeep and functionality.
