Job Duties
- Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces
- Empty trash receptacles as needed
- Clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing
- Use power washer as required
- Clean or vacuum pools
- Assist the maintenance team as needed
