Job Duties
- Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces
- empty trash receptacles as needed
- clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing
- use power washer as needed
- clean or vacuum a pool
- assist the maintenance team as needed
