The Porter role at BH is a full-time, entry-level position based onsite within the Property Management industry. Reporting directly to the Community Manager, this role carries the significant responsibility of maintaining the condition and cleanliness of exterior grounds and common areas, as well as interior shared spaces within the property. The primary mission of the Porter is to uphold the appearance and functionality of the property's communal spaces—including landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, buildings, gutters, trash chutes, and trash compactors.
