The roles offer either 40 or 30-hour work weeks with flexible schedules to accommodate team members' availability. Prospective employees will be expected to perform a range of cleaning tasks such as clean room cleaning, floor maintenance through vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping, window cleaning, trash collection, and general area labor.

Successful candidates will be comfortable receiving and understanding general instructions and completing assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Experience is not mandatory as willingness to learn is highly encouraged, making this an ideal entry-level role for individuals looking to start or grow their careers in the commercial cleaning industry. Specialized equipment operation will occasionally be required, though training will be provided. The position requires physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and reliable transportation, as these roles cover the expansive Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The work schedule includes shifts like Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 7:45 PM to 6:15 AM or every other Wednesday, Thursday through Saturday from 5:45 PM to 4:15 AM. These shift options provide flexibility to accommodate varying lifestyle needs and commitments.
