Financially, this position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $16.16 plus bonus potential, with the exact compensation package determined based on education, skills, experience, and location. Tailwind Group is proud to provide an extensive benefits package for all employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families, paid vacation and sick time, 12 paid holidays annually, 401(k) plan with company matching, on-the-job training and career development, and paid parental leave.
