The Porter will play a vital role in ensuring that all common areas—including the lobby, hallways, kitchen, restrooms, and recreational spaces—are clean, sanitized, and inviting for residents and guests. Duties also extend to minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light fixtures and power washing, highlighting the importance of a versatile skill set that blends custodial expertise with basic repair knowledge. The position involves maintaining various custodial supplies and equipment, executing cleaning protocols, and assisting with event setups. Job Requirements
- One (1) year experience of janitorial or custodial work is highly preferred
- Stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time may be required
- Able to safely lift up to 40-50 pounds following appropriate safety procedures

Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties throughout the lobby, kitchen, hallways, restrooms, common areas and amenities, ensuring all spaces are clean, sanitized and well-supplied
- Maintain the reception area and shared spaces
- Maintain the floors by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and waxing
- Keep pool area clear of any debris
- Set up, arrange and remove decorations for on site events and meetings
- Perform minor maintenance repairs such as replacing light fixtures, bulbs, power washing etc.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles as needed
