We are currently looking for a dedicated Porter to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This full-time position offers an hourly pay range of $16.90 to $18.00 with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage. The role is crucial in ensuring that the facility remains in top condition, clean, and guest-ready, contributing directly to the overall positive experience of our patrons.

The Porter’s primary duties include keeping the entertainment center clean and sanitized, both inside and out, ensuring guests enjoy a neat and comfortable environment. This is a physically active role that requires standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting with assistance. In addition to cleaning responsibilities, porters assist servers and event staff with setting up tables and displays for events, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Porters are also expected to quickly and safely address minor equipment issues such as pin jams or ball return malfunctions that may occur during gameplay, ensuring minimal disruption. Additionally, performing minor maintenance tasks within the building is part of the daily routine. The role requires a strong team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a firm commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
