Formerly known as Bowlero Corp, Lucky Strike Entertainment encompasses a wide spectrum of entertainment offerings, including bowling centers, amusement parks, water parks, and family entertainment venues. The company is dedicated to delivering memorable and fun-filled experiences for guests of all ages, making it a prime destination for entertainment seekers. Additionally, Lucky Strike Entertainment is the proud owner of the Professional Bowlers Association, which is regarded as the major league of bowling and boasts a large, enthusiastic fan base worldwide. This blend of entertainment and sports makes Lucky Strike an exciting and multifaceted company within the entertainment industry. Their commitment to guest satisfaction, innovative offerings, and strategic growth has made them a powerhouse in the experiential entertainment sector. They offer competitive wages, with the Porter position paying between $17 and $18.70 per hour. This role comes with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage and more.

The Porter position at Lucky Strike Entertainment is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience within their entertainment centers. Porters play a crucial role by keeping all areas of the center clean and sanitized throughout operational hours, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires someone motivated, detail-oriented, and physically capable of performing varied tasks such as setting up event tables, assisting servers, and performing minor maintenance duties. Porters are expected to act quickly and effectively in resolving issues like pin jams, ball return malfunctions, or any other equipment issues that arise during guest play, ensuring that the entertainment flow is seamless and enjoyable. This position demands excellent team skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service. Working as a Porter at Lucky Strike Entertainment also means being part of a lively, fast-paced entertainment atmosphere with shifts primarily on nights and weekends, which is when the centers see the highest guest traffic. The work environment is an energetic and typical entertainment venue setting where porters can expect to be on their feet, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting objects with some help. Lucky Strike offers significant perks including free bowling, discounted arcade play, event discounts, and substantial savings on food and beverages. It's a job that blends physical activity with social interaction and guest engagement, perfect for those looking to join a fun and energetic team while earning competitive pay and benefits.
