Reporting to TOM management, this full-time position demands high energy and a strong work ethic to uphold cleanliness, tidiness, and safety throughout the bustling market areas. Porters are responsible for ensuring all seating areas, including communal tables, kiosk counters, bars, and outdoor patios, are consistently clean and ready for new guests. This involves timely clearing of guest trays and cleaning surfaces to encourage quick turnover and a pleasant environment.

Additionally, porters transport plateware, silverware, glassware, and trays to the dishwashing area regularly, ensuring all items are cleaned and available on time for continued service. Stock management of these items across concessions is also a critical task, guaranteeing smooth operations without interruptions. Porters also oversee the cleanliness of foot traffic areas, frequently sweeping and responding promptly to spills to minimize hazards. Restrooms require regular monitoring to maintain hygiene standards and replenish supplies.
