Job Description

PeakMade Real Estate is an Atlanta-based company specializing in the management and development of off-campus student housing, multi-family, and build-to-rent communities across the United States. Known for its innovative approach and commitment to enhancing the living experience, PeakMade Real Estate cultivates a fun, collaborative, forward-thinking, and purposeful working environment for its employees. The company is deeply invested in fostering communities where residents feel safe, valued, and satisfied with their living conditions. Their portfolio encompasses a diverse array of properties, reflecting a strong dedication to quality, design, and resident-focused amenities.

The role offered is an essential part of PeakMade Real Estate’s commitment to resident satisfaction and property upkeep. It focuses on maintaining property units in a clean and safe manner, ensuring that all spaces are professionally prepared and well-maintained for current and future residents. As part of this role, responsibilities include preparing vacant units for occupancy, cleaning common areas such as the leasing office, amenity areas, and laundry facilities, and maintaining inventory and equipment owned by the property or the management company. This position requires a dedication to upholding safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies, as well as responding efficiently and courteously to resident and management requests. The role also involves identifying and reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances that may occur on the property, making this position crucial to the overall safety and quality standards upheld by PeakMade Real Estate.

Working in this capacity at PeakMade Real Estate means being part of a team that values core mindsets including "People Matter Most," "Do the Right Thing," "Create Moments," "Own It," and "Evolve." These principles guide daily operations and interactions, creating a company culture focused on integrity, continuous improvement, and meaningful engagement with residents and colleagues alike. This position is full-time and offers competitive benefits unique to a company that truly cares about the wellbeing and growth of its employees. Some of the standout perks include paid parental leave along with one year of diapers, 15 days of paid time off plus two additional wellbeing days, a 401(k) match, wellness initiatives, and employee resource groups, fostering a positive work-life balance and professional development. The long-term commitment PeakMade Real Estate shows to its team is highlighted by unique offerings such as a 10-year Peakiversary Trip, celebrating longevity and dedication.

This job is tailored for individuals who enjoy maintaining high standards in property care, have a keen eye for detail, and can manage physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds and bending or stooping to access various equipment. The role also demands skill in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and the necessary communication skills to read simple words and numbers and speak basic sentences, supporting efficient interactions with residents and management. By joining PeakMade Real Estate, candidates get the chance to be part of a company that not only excels in the real estate industry but also prioritizes employee engagement, growth, and resident satisfaction, making this a fulfilling and dynamic career opportunity.
