Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of public and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas including bathrooms, gym, and all common areas such as simulators, offices, and lobby
- Remove trash, litter, and laundry from rooms, offices, common areas, kitchens, restrooms, grounds and receptacles including garbage, cardboard, recyclable materials, laundry, member clothing, and towels
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs such as replacing light bulbs, air filters, blinds, shades, repairing doors, windows, sink fixtures, and inspect areas for unsafe conditions
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with management for necessary repairs
- Assist with additional upkeep and miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies
