As a Porter at Kairoi Residential, you play a crucial role in embodying the spirit of seizing opportunity by maintaining the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of our multifamily communities. Your contribution directly impacts the resident experience and helps ensure that our neighborhoods remain safe and visually appealing. Porters are often the unsung heroes, focusing on keeping community grounds, pathways, parking lots, stairwells, and amenity spaces pristine and inviting. Beyond routine cleaning, porters assist in apartment make-readies by handling tasks such as trash removal, painting, and cleaning to prepare homes for new residents. This role also involves regular community inspections and various maintenance activities including groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting, irrigation, and pool upkeep, all performed under the guidance of the Service Manager.
