Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certified
  • high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager and/or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
  • minimum 3 years experience managing service concept with full P&L for external recruit
  • ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • physical ability to stand and walk 85% to 95% of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
  • proficient computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented
  • work with management team to execute Service Profit Chain
  • create an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe environment
  • motivate and inspire employees
  • treat employees with respect and recognition
  • manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
  • respond to guest concerns and complaints timely and professionally
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
  • analyze operational and financial performance data
  • identify trends and implement improvement plans
  • focus on increasing restaurant sales and profitability
  • manage costs to adhere to budget and restaurant goals
  • ensure compliance with policies, procedures, food safety, and regulatory requirements
  • serve as role model for guest service
  • execute and support change initiatives
  • make high quality decisions based on experience and knowledge
  • attend to priorities and delegate work effectively
