As a part of the Marriott portfolio, Sheraton benefits from shared values of inclusivity, diversity, and a dedication to non-discriminatory practices in employment. Sheraton prides itself on creating an environment where every associate feels valued and empowered to provide meaningful service that fosters a sense of belonging and connection among guests.
This role centers on serving food and alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional, attentive manner that aligns with Sheraton's high service standards. Maintenance of cleanliness in work areas and responsible handling of closing duties are key parts of this position. Engaging courteously with guests, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting team objectives form the core of the day-to-day responsibilities. This role requires physical stamina as it involves extended periods of standing, lifting and moving objects, and navigating varied surfaces safely. The position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and who are eager to contribute positively to the guest experience. Employment type generally is full-time or part-time hourly, with salary commensurate with experience and market rates in the hospitality industry. Sheraton Hotels & Resorts welcomes candidates who seek not only a job but a fulfilling career path where they can belong to a global community and grow professionally.
