Job Duties

  • respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • provide information to guests about property amenities and local events
  • answer and process guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns
  • coordinate with hotel departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
  • monitor club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • comply with all company policies and maintain professional appearance
