Job Duties
- respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- provide information to guests about property amenities and local events
- answer and process guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns
- coordinate with hotel departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
- monitor club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- comply with all company policies and maintain professional appearance
