Job Requirements

high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience required
no supervisory experience required
ability to stand, sit, or walk for long durations

willingness to complete safety training and certifications

Job Duties

respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
provide information to guests about property amenities and local events
answer and process guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns
coordinate with hotel departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
monitor club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
comply with all company policies and maintain professional appearance
