Key tasks include preserving the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, dining sections, storerooms, food pick-up areas, and beverage stations according to the resort's high standards. The role demands attention to detail in polishing flatware, setting tables with the appropriate silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and folding napkins. The Food Runner also assists kitchen staff by prepping sauces and condiments and performing other essential duties to facilitate smooth kitchen operations.

This role requires individuals to perform physical tasks including removing dirty dishes and linens from tables, cleaning the dining room floors, and ensuring trash is properly disposed of. Candidates should be able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic schedule of a resort environment. Moreover, the Pool Model Food Runner must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management. Located in a bustling hotel and resort atmosphere, the position involves exposure to multiple environmental factors such as varying noise levels, temperature fluctuations, and air quality conditions. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 75 pounds sometimes and performing repeated motions such as balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. The role is suitable for individuals 21 years or older who possess or can obtain necessary certifications including a TAM/Alcohol Awareness card, SNHD Health Card, and a Nevada Gaming License.
