Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent
- cpr and first aid certified
- minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
- ability to work outside in summer months for minimum of 4 hours at a time
Job Qualifications

- minimum of 6 months reception experience preferred
- lifeguard certifications preferred within 60 days of hire
Job Duties
- greet and admit members and guests into the outdoor pool
- validate member and guest access through pool memberships and guest passports
- provide wristbands for junior members and guests
- distribute towels to pool users
- perform basic upkeep and maintenance of the pool area
- proactively assist members and guests with inquiries and needs
- maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service standards
