The Pool Concierge at Life Time plays a critical role in maintaining the standards of excellence expected by our members and guests. This hourly position, with wages ranging from $13.25 to $15.75 based on experience and qualifications, primarily focuses on delivering outstanding customer service at the outdoor pool area. This role involves greeting members and guests professionally, ensuring access validity through memberships and guest passes, and assisting with poolside needs such as distributing wristbands, towels, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool environment. The Pool Concierge must possess strong communication skills, be capable of standing for extended periods, and proficient in basic computer and tablet use to manage access and inquiries effectively. Additionally, the role requires the ability to work outdoors during summer months, delivering consistent, friendly service while remaining vigilant and proactive in meeting member needs. CPR and First Aid certification are required, with preferred lifeguard certification to be completed within 60 days of hire. Job Requirements

- minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
