Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or a full shift
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to move safely over uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs or ramps
  • Willingness to follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets

Job Duties

  • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
  • Clean and set up tables in the outlet
  • Serve water, bread, and coffee
  • Greet guests by name when possible during meal service
  • Stack trays properly for efficient unloading for stewarding
  • Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, cleaning equipment and areas, locking refrigerators and doors
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • Follow company safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests
  • Use clear and professional language when communicating
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating various surfaces
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
