Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or a full shift
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to move safely over uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs or ramps
- Willingness to follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets

Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set up tables in the outlet
- Serve water, bread, and coffee
- Greet guests by name when possible during meal service
- Stack trays properly for efficient unloading for stewarding
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, cleaning equipment and areas, locking refrigerators and doors
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Follow company safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Use clear and professional language when communicating
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating various surfaces
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
