The role in question is a pivotal part of maintaining the impeccable hygiene and service standards that Four Seasons is known for. As a key member of the restaurant team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all surfaces, utensils, and dining implements are polished and pristine to uphold the luxury experience. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate efficiently with food servers and kitchen staff to support smooth operations.
Responsibilities include meticulous cleaning and polishing of glassware, silverware, and utensils; maintaining stocked and well-organized service areas; assisting with table setup and breakdown; and ensuring dining spaces remain clean and inviting throughout service hours. This role demands excellent guest interaction skills, including greeting guests professionally, assisting with food and beverage service, and anticipating guest needs proactively. Adherence to safety and sanitation protocols is paramount to ensure a safe environment for both guests and employees.
Candidates must possess at least one year of experience in food and beverage service or a similar role, along with the capacity to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service practices and the physical ability to carry trays and manage service tasks are essential. The position is part-time, offering flexible scheduling to accommodate early morning, midday, and evening shifts that align with the resort’s 24/7 operational business needs.

Job Duties
- Polish all glassware, silverware, and utensils to ensure they are spotless and free of smudges, stains, or watermarks
- Stock and restock china, silver, and glassware for service and bar
- Set up tables, stations, and counters as required for the operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas including removing debris, wiping down surfaces, and arranging furniture as needed
- Greet guests professionally, serve beverage and food items while explaining their contents, and anticipate guest needs
- Assist with guest service by retrieving food from the kitchen and safely delivering it to guests, and clearing items from tables
- Break down, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to quickly address cleaning or maintenance issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations
