Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or hotel operations
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • problem-solving abilities
  • hands-on approach to team supervision

Job Qualifications

  • experience in hotel operations or hospitality supervision
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams

  • knowledge of safety and brand compliance standards
  • proficiency with inventory and scheduling systems
  • ability to resolve guest service issues effectively

Job Duties

  • support staff scheduling and shift oversight
  • coach and onboard new team members
  • monitor guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly
  • maintain service delivery, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • partner with department leaders on safety, security, and brand compliance
  • assist with inventory control and basic maintenance follow-through
  • foster a positive and engaging work environment
