The role we are looking to fill is that of a Food Preparation Specialist. This position is integral to the smooth operation of our kitchen and overall guest satisfaction. The Food Preparation Specialist is responsible for preparing meals according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance. The role involves controlling food usage to minimize waste and maintaining inventory levels by advising supervisors of low stock and assisting with receiving items. This position requires maintaining strict sanitation and cleanliness standards that comply with state and local Health Board regulations as well as franchise requirements. Candidates must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with shifts that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary. This role demands quick, friendly, and professional responses to guest requests, as well as adherence to all company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will embody a professional image at all times through appropriate appearance and conduct. Working in our kitchen means being exposed to common household cleaning supplies and occasional duties outside of meal preparation, such as assisting with dishwashing and other kitchen tasks.
