Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must be a hands-on leader who is willing to jump in wherever needed

Job Duties
- Leads, trains, and mentors evening food preparation staff including recruitment and hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and progressive discipline
- Oversees and actively participates in all cooking operations during PM shifts, ensuring consistency in methods, portioning, and presentation
- Collaborates in the creation and execution of departmental budgets to maximize revenue and manage expenses
- Plans meals and develops menus as needed
- Manages staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for evening operations while adhering to labor cost standards
- Upholds all safe alcohol service guidelines and manages team certifications
- Monitors and maintains appropriate inventory levels of food and supplies
- Ensures all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained

- Supports shift management functions in both back and front-of-house as needed
- Maintains strict adherence to all health, sanitation, and safety standards
- Demonstrates expert knowledge in food prep techniques and cooking temperatures
