The role of PM Houseperson and Shuttle Driver is a critical part of maintaining the high standards for which the Courtyard Rochester Downtown is known. This is a full-time position requiring evening and weekend availability, reflecting the hotel's commitment to providing consistent and reliable service around the clock. The successful candidate will need a clean driver’s license to operate the hotel shuttle safely and efficiently. Job Duties
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas including hallways lobbies and elevators
- assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms
- deliver linens towels and other supplies to guest rooms as needed
- remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms
- respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- follow all hotel policies and procedures including safety and security protocols
