Job Description

Dunkin' is a renowned global leader in the coffee and baked goods industry, known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction since its founding in 1950. As America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, Dunkin' holds the top spot in customer loyalty within the coffee category for 14 consecutive years, as ranked by Brand Keys. The company boasts an extensive presence with over 13,100 restaurants across 41 countries worldwide, exemplifying its broad appeal and dedication to delivering delicious products and excellent service.

This particular opportunity is with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts, an independent business owner responsible for their own employees, wages, and benefits. As a District Manager working for this franchisee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations for a group of restaurants within the region. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding business strategies into effective execution by supporting and coaching restaurant managers. This role demands a proactive approach to driving sales and strengthening profit performance, as well as ensuring restaurants are adequately staffed and trained to meet business goals.

Operating Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, the District Manager position requires flexibility to travel between multiple restaurant locations, demonstrating mobility and adaptability. This role focuses primarily on afternoon and evening hours, when business activity is at its peak, providing dynamic engagement in an energetic and fast-paced environment.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating closely with upper management and maintaining a strong community presence through local franchise involvement. Dunkin' franchisees offer competitive benefits including a flexible schedule, continuous professional learning and training, chances for advancement, paid sick time, medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation pay, yearly performance bonuses, and complimentary shift meals. These perks complement the vibrant workplace culture that values growth, development, and employee well-being.

Ideal candidates are those with at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience and are at least 18 years old, in compliance with local laws. Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and outstanding guest service skills are essential for success. Although coffee lovers are encouraged to apply, individuals from all backgrounds and experiences are welcome, emphasizing inclusivity and opportunity across the board.

Joining this franchisee team means contributing to a respected brand distinguished by quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. With the backing of a globally recognized company and a supportive management environment, the District Manager role is an excellent pathway for anyone looking to grow their career in restaurant management. You will not only help drive the financial success of your assigned restaurants but also foster a positive and engaging experience for customers and staff alike, ensuring Dunkin's legacy of excellence continues to thrive.
